How to Sign PDFs on Your Phone

Have you ever wondered what remote workers hate more than the print-sign-scan dance? Correct! Having to go to a printing shop and do it publicly. However, even if you have a printer-scanner on hand, doing it gets old very quickly. Plus, sometimes you need to sign and email a document urgently on the go. The good news is that there is a way to do it on a mobile device that’s free, quick, and super easy. In this post, let’s look at how to sign PDFs on your phone.

How to Choose the Best Tool

The number of digital tools that allow us to sign documents today is overwhelming, and they vary a great deal in terms of pricing and what they offer. Most experts agree that when choosing, three main factors should be considered:

  • Time
  • Money
  • Convenience

With these three things in mind, the perfect tool for signing on your phone should:

  1. Allow you to sign, scan, and share all in one app to save time.
  2. Ideally, be free to save money.
  3. Be super easy and intuitive to provide convenience.
