Subscription Terms

I. INTRODUCTION. THE SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of iScanner subscriptions via the Website available at https://iscanner.com/ (hereinafter, the “Website”). By purchasing an iScanner subscription on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms.
The Subscription Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement for iScanner Website, Privacy Policy for iScanner Website, and Refund Policy. We encourage you to read all these documents thoroughly to comprehensively understand the rules applicable to iScanner subscriptions purchased on the Website, as well as other important aspects of using the Website.
Please note that these Subscription Terms apply exclusively to iScanner subscriptions purchased on the Website. If you want to learn the rules and regulations for iScanner subscriptions that may be purchased via one of the iScanner Apps, please review Section “IX. CHARGES“ of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement for iScanner Apps.
II. MULTIPLATFORM ACCESS FOR REGISTERED ISCANNER USERS
You may create a registered user account (”iScanner Account”) on the Website or within any of our iScanner Apps. When you purchase a subscription on the Website while logged into your iScanner Account, you will gain access to the Premium Features associated with that subscription across all supported platforms (Web, iOS, Android). This means that you can use your Premium Features on the Website as well as within our iScanner Apps for iOS and Android, provided that you are signed into the same iScanner Account.
Despite multiplatform access to Premium Features, it is essential to understand that your subscription is managed exclusively on the platform where you purchased it. This rule applies to all subscription management actions, including but not limited to renewals, cancellations, payment processing, and any requests for refunds.
As these Subscription Terms govern purchases made on the Website, any subscription you purchase here must be managed through your iScanner Account on the Website. You will not be able to view or manage a Website-purchased subscription through third-party platforms like the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. For further illustration of this principle, please consider the following examples:
- If you purchase a subscription on the Website: Your subscription can only be managed through your iScanner Account on the Website.
- If you purchase a subscription in the iScanner App for iOS: Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account and can only be managed through the Apple App Store.
- If you purchase a subscription in the iScanner App for Android: Your subscription is tied to your Google Account and can only be managed through the Google Play Store.
III. AVAILABLE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS. SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION
Finding and Choosing a Plan. To view the descriptions of subscription plans available for purchase on the Website, create an iScanner Account/Sign In to your existing iScanner Account and navigate to the “Subscriptions” section within your account settings. Then you may choose the applicable subscription plan. Before you confirm your purchase, you will be presented with the key terms of the selected subscription plan, such as the list of available Premium Features, the applicable billing period and the recurring subscription fee.
Subscription Activation. Your subscription will be activated immediately upon successful completion of the payment process on the Website. If the subscription plan you have chosen includes an available free trial period, it will be activated upon your confirmation on the payment screen, and the payment will be charged at the end of the trial period unless the subscription is canceled earlier in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
Changes to Subscription Offerings. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time. Any such changes will apply only to new subscription offerings presented on the Website and will not affect your existing subscription. We encourage users to check the “Subscriptions” section within their iScanner Accounts on the Website for the most up-to-date information on our subscription offerings.
Price for Existing Subscriptions. For an active, auto-renewing subscription, the price you initially agreed to will remain in effect. If we need to change the price for a subsequent subscription renewal period, we will provide you with reasonable prior notice (for example, via email) and seek your consent to continue. If you do not agree to the new price, you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
Accessing Full Premium Features. While your subscription provides immediate access to Premium Features on the Website, we recommend installing our iScanner Apps for iOS or Android and signing into your iScanner Account to take full advantage of the multiplatform subscription benefits as described in Section II.
IV. FREE TRIALS AND SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWALS
Free trials (if available). From time to time some subscription plans presented on the Website may offer a free trial prior to charging your payment method. During the free trial period you may receive access to Premium Features at no charge. Subscriptions with a free trial will automatically renew to a paid subscription after the free trial period ends. Please mind that you will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription with a free trial period at least twenty-four (24) hours before the trial period ends. Once you cancel your free trial, you will lose access to Premium Features.
Subscription auto-renewals. All subscriptions available for purchase on the Website are auto-renewable. It means that after the billing period for the corresponding subscription plan is expired, such subscription plan will be automatically renewed (monthly, yearly, within another applicable period), and you will be charged automatically on an ongoing basis unless you cancel your subscription (turn off subscription auto-renewal) at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current billing period. Therefore, to prevent the auto renewal of your subscription plan for the next billing period and withdrawal of funds, make sure that you cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before subscription renewal date, i.e. at least twenty-four (24) hours before the current subscription billing period ends.
V. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
To cancel a subscription purchased on the Website, please use the following instructions: Sign in to your iScanner Account → in the upper right corner tap the account name (where your email is displayed) → select “Subscriptions” section → find and click the relevant cancellation button (“Cancel” or analogous) near the active subscription plan. These instructions will also be relevant if you decide to cancel a subscription before the free trial period expires (if trial period is available and applicable for your selected subscription plan). The cancellation of your subscription will apply to the next billing period.
If you decide to cancel the subscription, make sure that you have canceled it at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current subscription billing period or the free trial period to avoid automatic charging. Such early cancellation is necessary in order to ensure that all cancellation requests are effectively processed and satisfied.
VI. PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING
Merchant of Record. We have partnered with Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) to handle the sale of our subscriptions on the Website. Paddle is our authorized reseller and acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription purchases made on the Website. This means that when you purchase a subscription on the Website, you are entering into a transaction directly with Paddle. Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, handling applicable taxes, and managing the overall checkout experience.
Payment Processing via Paddle Checkout. All payments are processed through Paddle’s secure online checkout (“Paddle Checkout”). The specific payment methods available to you will be displayed on the checkout screen.
Authorization of Charges. By providing a payment method and confirming your purchase, you agree to an auto-renewing subscription and grant ongoing authorization to Paddle to charge your chosen payment method. This authorization covers the initial subscription fee at the time of purchase and all subsequent recurring fees at the beginning of each subscription billing period. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription as described in these Subscription Terms.
Data Security and Privacy. Paddle is responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the personal and payment data you provide during the checkout process. Paddle’s data processing practices are governed by its Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review at paddle.com/legal/privacy. We do not collect or store your full payment card information on our servers.
VII. REFUND POLICY, CHARGEBACKS, AND OTHER PAYMENT DISPUTES
All matters concerning refunds, chargebacks, and the resolution of payment disputes for subscriptions purchased on the Website are addressed in our dedicated Refund Policy. This document provides detailed information on eligibility, the request process, and the specific terms and conditions that apply.
We encourage you to read our Refund Policy thoroughly to fully understand your rights and the procedures to follow. The provisions of the Refund Policy are considered an integral part of these Subscription Terms.

IX. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or update these Subscription Terms at any time. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting the revised version of the Subscription Terms on this webpage. It is your sole responsibility to review these Subscription Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
